I warmly recommend the First Med services, because: 1./ They have highly dedicated and professional doctors, with exceptional Emotional InteIligence. All those with whom I came into contact  were top notch in their fields.(especially Dr.Tünde Györgyi, Dr.Baukó, Dr.Gyöngyösi - just to mention a few) 2./ Firstmed's Clinic is equipped with the highest quality equipments . 3./ The Laboratory staff is well qualified even to find the most difficult veins - they are patient and efficient. 4./ If an outside diagnostic clinic's support is needed (e.g. MRI,CT) Firstmed's staff acts promptly and efficiently in organizing a visit at the earliest convenience. 4./ The staff is very polite, kind and attentive to the customers....you feel secure when you are in the medical center. 5./ The Customer Service staff is polite, kind, smiling - speaks excellent English - and are well trained in answering all the medical questions in their field. Livia Decker 4./ I also have to mention the Call center..the phone gets picked up max. after the 3. ring and your issue solved within minutes, if not,a call back is promised and kept. Thank you First Med for your excellent services. Three weeks ago, I called the medical centre for an appointment and the official who received my call was not only so kind but I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to understand my problem.over the phone and which medical expert I needed to consult based on the information that I shared with her over the phone who was none other than. the orthopedic surgeon. The slots were fully booked but I got a Saturday appointment, 9am to be precise. I arrived 20 or so minutes to my appointment and found another very kind gentleman at the reception who took my details and provided me with the necessary guidance. The orthopedic surgeon arrived just in time and at exactly 9am I was attended to (good time management right there), based on the assessment he recommended an xray to make an informed decision (very professional of him to take logical steps). The official who took the xray was so kind and in less than 10 minutes, she had done her xray. I get back to the surgeon and the diagnosis was done, guidance provided and I'm following his advise to manage the fracture that didn't require surgery. Not to forget the official who checked me out. Yesterday, I  requested for a medical certification from your reception email for the days I could not work. In a few days, I received an email that my medical note was ready! Dr. Bodnár signed it off for me. We clients only file complaints but forget to compliment for services well done. Thanks to your reception team for their support. I went here because I was looking for an English-speaking doctor, but I found so much more. My symptoms were taken very seriously, and the examination was very thorough. Overall, I received excellent care and treatment. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend it.
