There are reserved (free) parking lots for our patients in the underground garage of Hattyúház. The entrance is at the side of the building, opposite to Fiath János utca 16.
Yes. Every doctor and receptionist at FirstMed speaks English. You’ll be able to describe what’s wrong and understand your diagnosis and treatment clearly, without a language barrier getting in the way while you’re already feeling unwell.
Yes. You’ll leave with your diagnosis, prescription, and any other documentation printed in English, signed and ready. If you have travel insurance, this includes an itemized invoice you can use to file a claim once you’re home.
Neither is required. You do not need Hungarian residency, local ID, or health insurance to be seen. You’re welcome to pay directly by card or cash at the time of your visit, or use travel insurance if you have it.
