Please bring the documents listed below for the appointment (for each visa applicant for whom you booked the exam):

The physical exam assesses the eyes, ears, nose, throat, arms, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes, and skin, as specified for U.S. immigration screening. Note that this may change based on the current requirements, and your doctor may also need additional, specialized exams.

All immigrant visa applicants (adults and children) must comply with the U.S. vaccine requirements based on age. Check the details of the U.S. vaccine requirements here. Feel free to contact us in advance to find out which vaccinations may be necessary for you and/or your child; our doctor is happy to inform you during a consultation.

During your U.S. Immigrant Visa Medical Exam appointment, the doctor will review your (and your child’s) vaccination history to determine if you meet the vaccination requirements; therefore, please bring your vaccination booklet (or documents). If you are missing any vaccinations, you can receive them at our clinic.

We can only issue medical documentation after confirming that you meet all vaccination requirements.

Please note that the examination fee does not cover the cost of vaccinations provided at our clinic; these will need to be paid separately at the time of your visit, at pharmaceutical prices.

Our doctors are fluent in English and Hungarian. If you don’t speak any of these languages, it is your responsibility to make yourself understood with our doctors during the examination, or to bring an interpreter. Otherwise, our doctors may not be able to continue the consultation.

For Ukrainian citizens, Katalin Maximova may be able to help with translation [Phone: +36 30 504 8141]. Note that this is for information purposes only, as she has no connection to the clinic.

The visa medical documents will be prepared after the lab results are obtained. The expected time to receive the exam results is typically 5-10 working days.

In most cases, the immigrant visa process is electronic, so we will transfer the documents directly to the U.S. Embassy. If your case is not electronic, we will prepare the documents on paper, and you can pick them up at our reception and take them to the Embassy.
