I visited this clinic in mid March 2025. Before arriving this clinic, I was suffering from high fever for 4 days in France. I was suffering in hell when I was travelling alone and this clinic has saved me. All the staffs (doctors, nurses, receiptionists) are very fluent in English. This clinic has an effective online booking system, which enabled me to pay a visit immediately on a Sunday afternoon. Dr. Zoller of this clinic was very attentive to all my situations, including my unique travel situation and all the symptoms. I managed to get medicine here which is not something I can get easily in the private clinics in my hometown (Hong Kong). Dr. Zoller also gave me a medical note immediately within 20 minutes. He also gave detailed instructions upon the medication given to me after doing a thorough check for my illness. All the services here are surprisingly good and impressive. I would say this is the best private clinic I have ever visited in my life time, while doctors here in HK tend to kick patient out within 5 mins. The quality of the doctor here is really good. I recommend FirstMed Budapest highly enough. From the moment we walked in, we ware greeted by incredibly friendly and efficient administrative staff who made the check-in process seamless and quick. The waiting area was spotless, comfortable, and maintained a calm atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. My appointment with Dr. Boros Veronika was outstanding, she demonstrated the utmost professionalism and genuine care and took the time to listen patiently to all our concerns about child, provided clear, detailed explanations regarding my treatment plan, and answered every question without rushing. It felt like a true partnership in my daugther health, which is unfortunately rare these days.
