Baby and Child Sleep Specialist
Tatiana Kholodkova is a certified child sleep specialist with over 10 years of experience. Before joining FirstMed, she established an independent practice specializing in evidence-based sleep consulting. Drawing from long-term research and international education, she helped more than 8,000 families, providing personalized solutions and detailed assessments on childhood sleep issues.
Tatiana specializes in resolving behavioral sleep issues, managing sleep schedules, addressing nutrition related to sleep problems, and providing sleep education for parents of infants and toddlers. She works closely with pediatricians and maternity professionals to offer comprehensive care.
Taitiana Kholodkova is fluent in English and speaks Russian as her mother tongue, as well as basic Hungarian.
