• Care leads, paperwork follows: You will be seen by a doctor who speaks English, usually the same day. When booking, tell us what is wrong, and we will take it from there. When you arrive, there is a short intake form, which we need for your medical record and your insurance claim. If you are in pain or unsteady on your feet, please say so. Our receptionists can bring a wheelchair and you can complete the form sitting down, or we can help you fill it in.
• No need for embarrassment: Slips at the thermal baths are one of the most common injuries we treat. The stone is wet, the tiles are old, and it happens to even the most careful people. You are not the first, and you will not be the last one in today.
• Wheelchair accessibility: If you already know you will need a wheelchair when you arrive, please call us in advance. Our team will gladly have a wheelchair ready for you downstairs and guide you directly up the elevator to our 5th-floor clinic.
• Thorough, English-speaking consultations: Once you are in the examination room, you will see a doctor who speaks English, explains your diagnosis in detail, and walks you through all of your treatment options. Sometimes that includes prescribing medication or referring you directly to our on-site X-ray, laboratory, or in-house specialists.
• Paperwork made easy: You will leave with your diagnosis, your prescription, and your paperwork in English, printed and signed. There is nothing you will have to worry about deciphering on the plane home.

Please note: FirstMed is an outpatient facility handling urgent primary care and minor injuries. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency (such as severe chest pain or major trauma), please bypass the clinic and call 112 immediately for local Hungarian emergency services.
