Born in Westland, Michigan, Dennis Diokno comes from a medical family. He studied Economics/Business Administration and German in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and then pursued a Master of International Management at Thunderbird School of International Management. Dennis' career has been international, starting in post-Soviet Russia and then moving to China. He also consulted for US companies looking to start projects in China and in February 1999, successfully opened FirstMed Centers (The American Clinic at that time) in Budapest.

His dedication to providing quality healthcare services for expatriates and local communities is evident throughout his career. Despite facing challenges, Mr. Diokno remains determined and resilient, with plans to expand FirstMed Centers in Europe and improve healthcare services in the coming years.
