Sometimes, seeing a doctor in person is not possible. Our Telemedicine service lets you connect with our physicians from anywhere with a device with a camera, microphone, speaker, and stable internet connection.
We strive to maintain our scheduled appointments for registered patients. Therefore, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow sufficient time to check in and ensure your consultation starts on schedule. Consider traffic conditions and plan your route accordingly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This helps avoid any inconvenience and shows respect for the time of other patients and the medical staff. Additionally, please remember not to miss your scheduled appointment.
Use your international private health insurance or travel medical insurance and have your medical bill settled by your insurer. FirstMed’s direct billing service makes this easy.
Please note that if your insurance policy operates on a reimbursement claims process, you’ll need to pay your medical costs at the time of your visit. But don’t worry—we make filing a claim for reimbursement with your insurance company easy and straightforward.
Remember that travel medical insurance only covers the treatment of an illness or injury that occurred (or started) abroad, outside your home country, during the validity period of your insurance policy.
