After-Hours Care for Urgent Cases

We provide after-hours care for our regular patients in cases of urgent but not life-threatening health issues.

How to get after-hours care at FirstMed?

FirstMed’s on-call doctors (GPs and pediatricians) are available for medical consultations for existing FirstMed patients in urgent but non-life-threatening cases when the clinic is closed (weekdays after 8 p.m., weekends after 3 p.m., and public holidays).

If you are not a registered patient of FirstMed, we can only assist you during our opening hours. However, we can offer you the earliest available appointment with our doctors.

To address your urgent health issue efficiently, follow the steps below:

Our staff will determine whether a GP or a Pediatrician is the most appropriate person to handle your issue and will connect your call if necessary.

What kind of assistance can our on-call doctors provide?
