How to get medical care swiftly at FirstMed Budapest?
Swift appointment booking
To ensure swift appointment booking, please briefly describe the health issue you want to discuss with our doctor.
Also, provide your name and date of birth in the format year, month, and day so we can locate your registration details in our medical records. If you are a new FirstMed patient, our staff will need additional information to register you and book your appointment.
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 to 15 minutes. Please take a moment to review the details for accuracy. Should you not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, contact us; the email address may be incorrect, or the message could be in your spam folder.

Complete our patient registration form to quickly access FirstMed’s medical care when needed. Alternatively, our staff will register you when you book your first appointment.

Arrive early
We kindly ask our registered patients to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments. This helps us check in smoothly and ensures everyone’s consultation begins on time. Please remember to consider traffic conditions and plan your route ahead of time, so your visit is as stress-free as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This helps avoid any inconvenience and shows respect for the time of other patients and the medical staff. Additionally, please remember not to miss your scheduled appointment.
Access English-speaking doctors
FirstMed is a multi-specialty primary care clinic.
That means our general practitioners (GPs) and pediatricians are available in the clinic during our regular opening hours, Monday through Saturday, and GPs also on Sunday.
We offer a range of specialty medical care to meet our patients’ needs. While some specialists have limited clinic hours, we strive to align our schedule with the demand as closely as possible.
Some specialists require a medical referral before being seen, ensuring that our patients receive the appropriate care and attention they need. Cardiology, neurology, nephrology, and pulmonology specialists cannot be booked directly and require a referral (from a FirstMed doctor or an outside doctor).

Use your international private health insurance and have your medical bill settled by your insurer. FirstMed’s direct billing service makes this easy.
