How to schedule an appointment?

When scheduling your appointment, our dedicated team will assist you in identifying the most suitable specialist for your needs and checking their availability. Once a mutually convenient time slot is agreed upon, our staff will securely input your information into our system, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

To ensure efficient retrieval of your records from our extensive patient database, kindly provide your date of birth in the year, month, and day format. Alternatively, we can locate you by the name under which you are registered.

Upon successful booking, you will promptly receive a confirmation email within 10 to 15 minutes. Please take a moment to review the details for accuracy. Should you not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, contact us; the email address may be incorrect, or the message could be in your spam folder.

Arrive early

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your appointment so that the staff can keep the schedules. Sometimes, there is a lot of traffic, especially during rush hour; please plan accordingly. If you are checked more than 10 minutes past the starting time, the doctor may refuse to see you for lack of time.

Patients are kindly requested to avoid missing their scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This not only avoids any inconvenience but also respects the time of both the patient and the medical staff. Failure to attend appointments or late cancellations may be charged as a visit.
