Responsibilities at a glance
Fundamental duties as a laboratory assistant:
As a laboratory assistant, you will have an essential role in providing quality patient care and supporting the Clinic’s laboratory through a variety of tasks, such as:
- Taking or collecting samples for lab tests;
- Accepting, preparing, and processing of lab test samples;
- Performing lab tests in-house;
- Handling of samples evaluated by external partners;
- Professional handling of laboratory equipment;
- Data processing;
- Using the laboratory IT system;
- Contact and consultation with doctors and patients requesting examinations.
Shift details
We offer full-time (8 hours/day) and part-time (6 hours/day) positions on weekdays:
- Main working hours: 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Possible afternoon shifts until 8 p.m.

If you have the following, you’ll be an exceptional candidate for the laboratory assistant position:
Professional skills and qualifications
- Clinical (medical) laboratory assistant or practical laboratory assistant qualification
- Valid healthcare professional operating license
- Proficiency in taking blood from patients
- User-level computer skills
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Language skills
- Fluency in Hungarian is a must
- Conversational level in English
Personal skills
- Precise, reliable, professionally high-quality work;
- Friendly but firm personality;
- Patient-oriented approach.
