Primary Care

Our general practitioners and pediatricians provide primary care for the whole family’s health needs, as they are your first point of contact for health issues.

General Practice (GP)

General practitioners (GPs) provide medical care for adults’ basic health needs and coordinate specialty care for unusual or special conditions.

Internal Medicine

Internal medicine specialists (or internists) focus on the general diseases of the internal organs, their primary diagnosis, and their non-surgical treatment.

Our internists also often act as general practitioners and develop long-term relationships with their patients.

Pediatrics

FirstMed’s pediatricians are committed to the wellbeing of infants, children, and adolescents (under the age of 18). They care for emotional and physical health and treat a broad range of problems, from basic childhood illnesses to the most serious diseases of our young patients.

Our primary outpatient care focuses on efficient health promotion and medical treatment:

  • Give advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle;
  • Assess potential health risks;
  • Provide preventive health care, including screenings and other tests;
  • Take care of the administration of vaccinations, and
  • Treat acute and chronic illnesses, working with specialists when necessary.

Our general practitioners and pediatricians are your first point of contact for health issues and provide primary care for the whole family’s health needs. Some of our doctors also offer occupational health examinations and travel counseling.

Medical Specialties

Further to primary care, FirstMed provides medical care in over 20 specialties with highly qualified, English-speaking doctors for specific health issues.
