The FirstMed Elite Adult Plan provides a number of benefits
- Unlimited doctor visits to manage acute and chronic conditions;
- Preventive screenings and annual health maintenance;
- Comprehensive specialist care with related diagnostics.
Unlimited medical consultations for comprehensive care:
- Primary care visits with general practitioners and internists in person or via Telemedicine.
- Medical examinations for permits and licenses (work and residence permits, and driving license examinations)
- Travel consultation (vaccines are charged additionally)
- FirstMed specialist visits, if medically indicated, including:
- Cardiologist (consultation-only)
- Gastroenterologist (consultation-only)
- Dermatologist
- Neurologist (consultation-only)
- Pulmonologist
- Ophthalmologist
- Orthopedist/Traumatologist
- Otolaryngologist (ENT)

Annual screenings, preventive exams:
- Comprehensive Health Maintenance Exam with follow-up;
- Women’s health exam (including Pap smear, vaginal culture, physical breast exam, mammography).
Expanded number of additional medical services
10 visits per year of each of the services below:
- Minor surgical treatments: mole, birthmark, and wart removal, sclerotherapy, lipoma, abscess, furuncle, folliculitis, hemorrhoid, thrombectomy, and anoscopy (simple procedures);
- Mental health consultations (psychiatrist or psychologist sessions);
- Physical therapy treatment;
- Dietitian (nutritionist) consultation.
On-site diagnostics
- Imaging diagnostics: x-ray, ultrasound, mammography (except with breast implants),
- FirstMed basic lab tests
if medically indicated.
Other services
- Unlimited prescription refills,
- Annual flu shot with the Fluart vaccine (3 components),
- After-hours urgent care (at an additional discounted charge).
Exclusions and Additional Charges
The plan will not cover any medical services not specifically mentioned above. Additional FirstMed services or consultations beyond those included in the Plan can be obtained at discounted prices offered to Value Card holders or with a 35% discount from the full Price List.
The exclusions are not limited to the list below:
- Specialist Procedures: The plan does not cover specialist procedures, including but not limited to: Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Allergology, and Endoscopy. Procedures will be priced at the Value Card prices or with a 35% discount, whichever is less.
- Medications, vaccinations and medical supplies (i.e. bandages, crutches, casts and splint application etc).
- Drug Abuse, Alcoholism, and Sexually Transmitted Diseases: Diagnosis and treatment of conditions arising from drug abuse, alcoholism, or sexually transmitted diseases are excluded.
- Laboratory Tests: The plan covers basic lab tests ordered by a FirstMed doctor. Patients requesting their own labs will be asked to pay at the time of service. Some specialized labs are not covered by this plan. Please ask our receptionists about the laboratory tests included in the plan. All other lab tests shall be paid for by the plan holder with a 35% discount from the full listed price.
- Discounts may not be combined.
Terms and Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions below:
- Specialist Availability: FirstMed covers medical specialties currently contracted and available at our clinic. Specialist availability is subject to their schedules and employment status. We are not required to provide a replacement if a specialist is unavailable due to full schedules, holidays, or departure.
- Consultation Appointments: A consultation appointment covers a routine exam time slot, typically lasting up to the following durations: Primary Care (30 minutes), Specialist (20-30 minutes).
- Additional Costs: Services provided or arranged by FirstMed that are not included in the scope of the Plan incur additional costs. Please inquire about prices prior to treatment.
- Missing an appointment or late cancellation (within 24 hours before the visit) will be charged by HUF 20,000. Repeated ‘No-shows’ or late cancellations may be grounds to terminate the Plan.
- Outside Appointments: FirstMed is not responsible for organizing outside appointments. Contact details for external consultants or facilities will be provided, but planholders must book and pay at the point of service.
- Plan Validity: The plan is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Discounts may not be combined.
Elite Plan Price
Full price: HUF 595,000/person/year
Valid from January 1, 2025, until further notice.
