Choose the Elite Plan – Adult for comprehensive medical attention over a year, as it includes the following services:
Comprehensive medical care with unlimited doctor visits
- Primary care consultations or follow-ups with family practitioners / GPs and internists in person or via Telemedicine.
- Medical exams for permits and licenses: work and residence permit, driving license examination.
- Travel consultation (not including vaccinations)
- Unlimited in-house specialist consultations or follow-ups, if medically indicated, with listed FirstMed specialists, including:
- Allergologist
- Cardiologist
- Dermatologist
- ENT Specialist
- Gynecologists
- Neurologist
- Ophthalmologist
- Orthopedist /Traumatologist
- Radiologist
- Urologist

Expanded number of additional medical services
10 visits per year of each of the services below:
- Minor surgical treatments: mole, birthmark, and wart removal, sclerotherapy, lipoma, abscess, furunculous, folliculitis, hemorrhoid–thrombectomy, anoscopy.
- Mental health consultations (psychiatrist or psychologist sessions)
- Physical therapy treatment
- Nutritionist consultation.
Annual screenings
- Comprehensive health maintenance exam,
- Women’s health exam (including Pap smear, vaginal culture, physical breast exam, mammography)
- Dental screening (Fürstner Dentistry)
On-site diagnostics
- Imaging diagnostics, if medically indicated: x-ray, single region ultrasound (3x), mammography*, and
- FirstMed basic lab tests**.
- COVID tests: When you need a COVID antigen test to see a FirstMed Doctor. Requested or further tests are with a 35% discount from the full price.
Other services
- Unlimited prescription refills,
- Annual flu shot (3 components) (once per year)
- After-hours urgency care (at an additional charge).
Exclusions and Additional Charges
The Plan will not cover any medical services not explicitly mentioned above.
The exclusions are not limited to the list below:
- Specialist procedures: The plan does not cover specialist procedures, including but not limited to: Cardiology (Stress tests), Neurology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine (Sleep Study), Allergology;
- Procedures at FirstMed Endoscopy Center;
- Orthopedic procedures and orthopedic medical supply rental;
- Diagnostics: ENG / EMG / EEG / CT scan / MRI ;
- Holter/Blood pressure monitor for more than 24 hrs;
- Outside consultations / Home visits / Hospital care / Ambulance transportation;
- Prenatal care (included in our Prenatal Plan) / Infertility / assisted fertilization treatments);
- Medications, vaccinations, disposable medical supplies (i.e., bandages, casts, splint application, etc.);
- Dental treatment;
- Immunotherapy;
- Diagnosis and treatment of conditions arising from drug abuse, alcoholism, or STD/STI;
- Routine medical maintenance or treatment of chronic conditions, e.g., frequent injections or diagnostics, may be accepted on a case-by-case basis but otherwise are excluded.
- Mammography with breast implants: With breast implants, FirstMed is unable to provide mammography. The Plan does not cover outside screening.
- Laboratory tests: The Plan covers basic lab tests ordered by a FirstMed doctor. Please ask our receptionists about the laboratory tests included in the plan. All other lab tests and ‘patient requested’ ones shall be paid for by the Planholder.
- Anything not explicitly covered above is excluded.
Terms and Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions below:
- Specialist availability: FirstMed covers medical specialties currently available at our clinic. Specialist availability is subject to their schedules and employment status. We are not required to provide a replacement if a specialist is unavailable due to full schedules, holidays, or departure.
- Consultation appointments: A consultation appointment covers a routine exam time slot up to given times: Primary Care (30 minutes), Specialist (20-30 minutes). Examinations requiring longer than this period shall be counted as two visits.
- Missed or canceled appointments: Missed or canceled appointments within 24 hours count towards the visits included in the Plan. Repeated ‘No-shows’ or late cancellations may be grounds to terminate the Plan.
- Follow-up visits: ‘Follow-up’ visits count towards the plan totals (except for Health Maintenance Exam).
- Additional costs: Services provided or arranged by FirstMed that are not included in the scope of the Plan may involve additional costs. Please inquire about prices prior to treatment.
- Outside appointments: FirstMed is not responsible for organizing outside appointments. Contact details for external consultants or facilities will be provided, but planholders must book and pay at the point of service.
- Discounts may not be combined.
Elite Plan validity
The Plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Elite Plan price
Full price: HUF 595,000/person/year (from the age of 16)
Valid from January 1, 2025, until further notice.
By purchasing the Elite Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the content and limitations set out in the terms and conditions above and understand what services are and are not covered.
