- We reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
- The above prices and discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- This discount does not apply to
- dentistry,
- medications, and
- medical supplies,
- the services of FirstMed’s partner institutions (e.g., hospital treatment).
- Insurance is not accepted.
- We cannot accept social security insurance, i.e. TAJ card or EIHC.
- Payment for our services must be settled online through our webshop before the visit or in cash or equivalent right after the visit but before departure.
- The Value Card is valid for one year, starting from the date of purchase.

You can use the Value Card right after purchasing it, the special prices for the above-listed medical services at FirstMed are available for one year from the date of purchase.
The Value Card entitles you to special prices for one year starting from the day of purchase. Stay a loyal patient even after it expires. Renew your Value Card for another year via our Webshop or choose from one of our Plans.
FirstMed is a private outpatient clinic offering general care and specialist consultations for the most common health problems.
General care is available Monday through Sunday during normal opening hours, and pediatricians are available Monday through Saturday (depending on free slots). We also offer our patients regular appointments with specialists to check and treat common health problems.
Certain specialties require referrals to ensure that our patients receive the care and attention they need. Cardiology, neurology, nephrology, and pulmonology cannot be booked directly and require a referral (from a physician at FirstMed or another facility).
The Value Card discount is available for the above listed general medical care and specialist examinations, treatments and selected additional diagnostic tests performed at the FirstMed private clinic.
The FirstMed Value Card is an individual benefit card, valid only for the person (beneficiary) specified at the time of purchase. Our staff will record the discount entitlement in the patient’s personal profile.
For children, we offer our Children’s Value Card, which gives them access to selected pediatric care at reduced prices.
