Elite Plan – Child

The Elite Plan – Child includes the following on-site medical services

• Unlimited visits to FirstMed pediatricians
• Specialist consultations, if medically indicated with
  • Allergy Specialist
  • Dermatologist
  • Ophthalmologist (over the age of 5)
  • Radiologist
  • Orthopedist/Traumatologist
  • ENT Specialist
  • Gynecologist (over the age of 15)

• Outside consultations, those that do not take place at FirstMed, are not covered under the Elite Plan.

• Diagnostics – if medically indicated – including on-site x-ray, ultrasound, and laboratory tests
• 10 per year of each of the services below
  • Physical Therapy Treatment
  • Outpatient surgeries: mole removal, wart removal, etc.
  • Nutritionist consultation
  • One occasion per year of each of the services below
  • Flu shot
  • Dental check-up
• Preventative exams:
• • Well Child Checks
  • School physical exams
  • Travel consultations
  • Annual Gynecology Exam

Exclusions and Additional Charges

Any medical services not mentioned above are not included in the price of the plan. The exclusions are not limited to the list below:

• After-hours visits require an additional charge of HUF 25,000 per visit
• Hospital care
• Specialists: Gastroenterology, Urology, Nephrologists, Neurologist, Pulmonologist, Oncologist, Hematology, Child genetic, Psychiatrist, psychologist.
• CT scan/MRI diagnostics
• Ambulance transportation and home visits
• Dental Care outside of the check up
• Medications, vaccinations and medical supplies (i.e. bandages, crutches, casts and splint application, etc.)
• Laser treatments
• Therapeutic massage
• Conditions arising from drug abuse, alcoholism or sexually transmitted diseases

Additional Information

• When purchasing the Plan you will be required to provide a credit card authorization that serves as a payment guarantee for FirstMed. The information given on the form will be kept strictly confidential.
• The services provided or arranged by FirstMed which are not included in the scope of the Plan may involve significant additional costs. Please inquire about the prices prior to the treatment.
• For consultations:
  • Follow-up visits and no-shows will count towards the plans totals.
  • Missing an appointment or cancelling within 24 hours prior to your visit will count against your total included in the Plan.
• FirstMed is not responsible for arranging outside appointments when the planholder is paying at the point of service. FirstMed can provide contact information for outside consultants or facilities when requested.
