The Elite Plan â Child includes the following on-site medical services
Expanded pediatric care
- Unlimited pediatric visits to a FirstMed pediatrician â in person at our clinic or via Telemedicine.
- All mandatory vaccinations on the Hungarian schedule (additional vaccines are charged separately),
- Annual flu shot
- Travel Consultation (not including vaccinations)
- Pediatric specialist consultations, if medically indicated, with listed FirstMed pediatric specialists not limited to the following:
- Allergy Specialist/Immunologist
- Dermatologist
- Ophthalmologist (over 5 years old)
- Radiologist
- ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) specialist
- Pediatric Neurologist
- Pediatric Endocrinologist
- Pediatric Surgeon
- Pulmonologist
- Neonatologist

- Pediatric specialist consultations, if medically indicated with
- Allergy Specialist
- Dermatologist
- Ophthalmologist (over the age of 5)
- Radiologist

Regular screenings:
On-site diagnostics
- Imaging diagnostics, if medically indicated: x-ray, and single region ultrasound (3x)
- FirstMed basic lab tests**
- COVID tests: When a COVID antigen test is needed to see a FirstMed Doctor. Requested or further tests are with a 35% discount from the full price.
Special treatments and services
- 10 per year of each of the services below
- Physical Therapy Treatment
- Outpatient surgeries: mole removal, wart removal, etc.
- Nutritionist consultation
- 1 occasion per year of each of the services below
- Flu shot
- Dental check-up
- After-hours urgency care (at an additional charge).
Exclusions and Additional Charges
The Plan will not cover any medical services not explicitly mentioned above. FirstMed specialists are limited to those currently contracted. The exclusions are not limited to the list below:
- Outside consultations / Home visits / Hospital care / Ambulance transportation
- ENG / EMG / EEG diagnostics / CT scan / MRI diagnostics
- ECHO / Stress tests / Sleep Study
- FirstMed Endoscopy Center procedures
- Orthopedic care and orthopedic medical supply rental
- Medications, vaccinations, disposable medical supplies (i.e., bandages, casts, splint application, etc.)
- Dental care
- Holter/Blood pressure monitor for more than 24 hrs.
- Immunotherapy
- Diagnosis and treatment of conditions arising from drug abuse, alcoholism, or STD/STI.
- Routine medical maintenance or treatment of chronic conditions, e.g., frequent injections or diagnostics, may be accepted on a case-by-case basis but otherwise are excluded.
- **The Plan covers basic lab tests ordered by a FirstMed doctor. Please ask our receptionists about the laboratory tests included in the plan. All other lab tests, as well as âpatient requestedâ ones, shall be paid for by the plan holder.
Elite Plan Terms and Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions below:
- Specialist availability: FirstMed plans cover medical specialties currently available for children at our clinic. Specialist availability is subject to their schedules and employment status. We are not required to provide a replacement if a specialist is unavailable due to full schedules, holidays, or departure.
- Specialist procedures: The Plan does not cover specialist procedures, including but not limited to: Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine, Allergology, and Endoscopy. Procedures will be priced at the Value Card price or a 35% discount, whichever is less.
- Additional services: Additional services or consultations beyond those included in the Plan can be obtained at discounted prices offered by the Value Card terms.
- Consultation appointments: A consultation appointment covers a routine exam time slot up to given times: Primary Care (30 minutes), Specialist (20-30 minutes). Examinations requiring longer than this period shall be counted as two visits.
- Missed or canceled appointments: Missed or canceled appointments within 24 hours count towards the visits included in the Plan. Repeated âNo-showsâ or late cancellations may be grounds to terminate the Plan.
- Follow-up visits: âFollow-upâ visits count towards the plan totals (except for Health Maintenance Exam).
- Additional costs: Services provided or arranged by FirstMed that are not included in the scope of the Plan may involve additional fees. Please inquire about prices prior to treatment.
- Outside appointments:Â FirstMed is not responsible for organizing outside appointments. Contact details for external consultants or facilities will be provided, but planholders must book and pay at the point of service.
- Plan validity: The Plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
